Sport24 reported that Furman and Andile Jali sat out during South Africa’s warm up match against Limpopo’s ABC Motsepe League log leaders, Molemole Academy FC.
The SuperSport United captain was nursing a bruised rib while Jali was given time to rest after straining his thigh muscle.
Meanwhile, Langerman will also be unavailable for selection after injury put his selection in doubt.
"Dean Furman & Tebogo Langerman are out of Bafana Bafana team while Klate is nursing a minor injury," the official Bafana Bafana Twitter account confirmed.
South Africa are set to announce replacements for Furman and Langerman in due time.
Bafana Bafana are set to play Senegal on Saturday in a 2018 Soccer World Cup qualifier at the Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Kick off is at 15:00.
