Johannesburg - Turkish side Sivasspor have intensified their hunt for Siphiwe "Ntho tse Monate" Tshabalala and will be hoping to sign him before the start of the 2010-11 season, according to a report in the Sowetan website .
Tshabalala's employers, Kaizer Chiefs, have rejected a R5 million offer from the European side.
Chiefs have reportedly made it clear to Sivasspor that they won't settle for anything less than R20m.
The Turks were expected to better their offer in a meeting with Chiefs' representatives last night.
But Chiefs general manager Bobby Motaung said there was nothing concrete on the table for Tshabalala, who is also wanted in Romania, Scotland and France.
"We will make an announcement once we have received something concrete for Shabba or any other player," he said
"Shabba is with us at pre-season training. I'm the one who negotiates for the signing and release of players, I'm not aware of the presence of Sivasspor here in the country."
Shabalala's business manager, Jazzman Mahlakgane, could not be reached for comment on Mionday.
Mahlakgane also manages Chiefs goalkeeper Itumeleng Khune, who was wanted by a European side but decided not to join them after they invited him for trials.
