Nthethe to captain Bafana?

Johannesburg - Mamelodi Sundowns defender Thabo Nthethe is being considered as the Bafana Bafana stand-in captain for the international friendly against Brazil.

According to the Football411.com website, Bafana's regular captain Itumeleng Khune is out with an ankle injury and will not be available for the match against the 2014 FIFA World Cup hosts.

Nthethe is expected to wear the captain's armband for this clash, "but the coach still has to make a decision".
