Masango: We are ready for Mauritius

Cape Town - Bafana Bafana midfielder, Mandla Masango, says that the team is ready for Mauritius despite some of the players pulling out.

Bafana are up against Mauritius on Sunday, July 5 in their CHAN qualifier second leg match.

In the first leg at Dobsoniville Stadium, Bafana beat their opponents 3-0 and they just need to avoid a big defeat to qualify for the next round.

Masango said that judging from Mauritius’ much improved performance in the second half of the first leg, Bafana will have to be at full concentration with the two nations clash.

"We are ready for the game," Masango said.

"We know what to expect in Mauritius, as they showed in the second half of the last game.

"They defended very well and we have to go there and make sure we win."

Kick-off is at 13:30 (SA time).
