17:33 - SAD NEWS

Sad news filtering in from Brazzaville is that Ethiopia have beaten CAR 2-1 and have topped Group A as a result. They will progress to the next stage of qualification.

Bafana Bafana will have to fight another day...

17:23 - Stats show Bafana enjoyed a 59%-41% possession advantage in the match

Now they wait for the final whistle to sound in Brazzaville...

17:19 - The fourth official shows that THREE minutes of extra-time will be played

17:18 - That's Parker's second goal of the match - in the 90th minute - and has sealed the win for the hosts. But will it be enough... ?

17:04 - Coach Igesund has responded to the Botswana goal by lining up two substitutions...

17:03 - Mmm, not ideal, with 15 minutes to play in Durban. Bafana NEED the CAR to score again - and must hold onto their now 1-goal advantage at the very least

15:00 - WHAT BAFANA NEED TO DO

WIN!

Jokes aside, in order for to Bafana Bafana to stand ANY chance of progressing to the next stage of qualification for the 2014 Soccer World Cup in Brazil, they have to beat Botswana.

However, that may not be enough...

They also need current Group A log leaders Ethiopia NOT to beat the CAR in their final qualifier, also taking place at 15:30 today in Brazzaville.
