According to the Business Day Live, the former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper believes that Shakes Mashaba’s side should not feel threatened by The Indomitable Lions.

“Cameroon don’t scare me in that group. And I know they're one of the top African football countries,” he said.

"But I'm looking at our record against them, and our recent performances, and who we can potentially take on from an African perspective.”

The now SuperSport analyst added that Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba should feel less pressured with such a group as they tackle Gambia and Mauritania in their other qualifying encounters.
