Johannesburg - The murder case involving former Bafana Bafana star Bryce Moon will roll over to Thursday, the Randburg Magistrate's Court heard on Wednesday.
Moon is facing charges of murder or culpable homicide relating to a car accident in 2009. He allegedly drove over Mavis Ncube, who died in hospital from head injuries, when he failed to negotiate a bend in Sandhurst. He was returning home from a party with his then Bafana teammates.
Moon's attorney advocate Naren Sangham requested to magistrate Vince Pienaar that the case be "sped up because the professional soccer player who plays for a team in Greece will commence play in July".
Pienaar replied: "Let's see how far we get tomorrow and Friday."
