Bafana venue switch row

Johannesburg - The Polokwane municipality has expressed shock at the decision by SAFA to take Bafana Bafana's final 2012 AFCON qualifier against Sierra Leone to Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, reports the Sowetan.

This follows an agreement between the two institutions for Bafana to play the qualifier at the Peter Mokaba Stadium in October.

SAFA moved the game to Nelspruit, allegedly without notifying the Polokwane municipality about the change of venue.

I'd keep Siya captain for now, but look to have someone else for 2027.
