Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana have secured an international friendly against the Teranga Lions of Senegal on February 29 following the cancellation of their match against Nigeria's Super Eagles, reports the Sowetan.
The venue for the match has still to be finalised but is expected to be played at one of the 2010 FIFA Soccer World Cup venues.
The agreement between the South African Football Association and their counterparts from Senegal is that the Teranga Lions will bring all their big names, including Demba Ba.
SAFA wanted Bafana Bafana to play Nigeria on the same weekend but the game was called off after it clashed with the 2013 AFCON qualifiers.
Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane went to SAFA, asking them to get a game against one of the top African sides to help him prepare for the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, starting in June.
SAFA president Kirsten Nematandani told Thobela FM's Mabaleng a Dipapadi sports programme last week that they were hoping to secure another date to play against Nigeria.
