Bafana Bafana lose to Angola

Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana suffered a 2-0 defeat to Angola in the first leg of their 2016 CHAN qualifier at the Rand Stadium.

The visitors had the first opening of the game in the 13th minute when Miguel Quiame forced Wayne Sandilands into a fine save with an effort from distance.

Bafana enjoyed most of the possession in the opening exchanges, although they failed to create anything in the final third.

Angola sealed the win in stoppage time when Manuel Afonso broke through middle, before lobbing the on-rushing Wayne Sandilands.
