Things that were longer than Eddie Jones' stay in Cape Town

Cape Town - If reports are to be believed, Eddie Jones will have the dubious honour of perhaps the shortest reign as Stormers "coach" - or any coach - in history!

Jones officially started his tenure as Stormers boss on November 1, 2015.

He was introduced to the media on November 12 and waxed lyrical about how he was "committed to the Stormers" and "not to believe anything you read in the newspapers".

However, a mere seven days later, Jones appears to have jumped ship and accepted the vacant England coaching job.

It would be laughable if it wasn't true!

In that same light-hearted spirit, Sport24 are looking for examples of events that were longer (or should that be shorter?) than Jones' stint in the Cape...
