Jesse Kriel set for Japan stint

Cape Town - Springbok centre Jesse Kriel is Japan-bound after signing a deal with the NTT Docomo Red Hurricanes.

Kriel will join Bulls team-mate Handre Pollard, who is already in Osaka.

The duo will return to Pretoria in January to start preparations for the Bulls' Super Rugby campaign.

Other Springboks also contracted to the Hurricanes are lock Eben Etzbeth and flank Heinrich Brussow.
