Cape Town - Bath have confirmed that Neal Hatley will join Eddie Jones' coaching staff as the new scrum specialist at the end of the season.
Head coach Mike Ford confirmed earlier in last week that the RFU have been in discussion with the Premiership side about the possibility of Hatley leaving The Rec to join Jones' backroom staff.
The 46-year-old Hatley, who joined Bath in 2012 from London Irish, has been an instrumental figure in establishing Bath's forward pack as a formidable one.
During a playing career that spanned 17 years, Hatley represented Western Province, Natal Sharks and London Irish. He also played for and captained England Saxons
Jones admitted that he wanted a home-grown scrum specialist and had his sights set on Hatley as his preferred candidate for a permanent coaching role.
"It's been a real privilege to have been part of Bath Rugby these past four years," Hatley told the Bath Chronicle.
"I'd like to thank my fellow coaches, players and staff for an unforgettable time, during which this team has reached some new heights.
"I'll also never forget how great the Bath supporters have been and I'm hoping we can give them more reason to cheer with two games remaining this season."

Hatley will join the Six Nations Grand Slam winning assistant coaching compliment of former Bath captain Steve Borthwick and Paul Gustard as they build towards the 2019 World Cup.
Ford praised Hatley for his sterling work done over the past four years.
"I'd like to thank Bath Rugby for their understanding and allowing me to take up this fantastic opportunity," Hatley said.
"Being asked by Eddie Jones to be part of the national team's coaching staff is a real honour and a special moment for me and my family.
"It's a very exciting time to be involved with this young England team and for the game in this country."

"As a club, we've now got a good opportunity to take a look out our coaching structure so that everything is in place ahead of a new campaign next season."
