Cape Town - Robbie Fleck is waiting on news regarding his permanent appointment as Stormers head coach.
An official announcement was expected on Monday, but the WP Rugby Union has delayed the decision.
However, according to Netwerk24, the expectation is that Fleck will be appointed in a permanent capacity for the 2017 season.
He took over on an interim basis this year after Eddie Jones left to coach England and the union opted against appointing John Mitchell.
Under Fleck’s guidance, the Stormers made the Super Rugby quarter-finals, but were thumped 60-21 by the Chiefs at Newlands to end their campaign on a low note.
