Cape Town - Following their 31-21 Six Nations win over France in Paris, England have moved up to fourth in World Rugby’s official rankings.
The victory was Australian coach Eddie Jones' fifth straight win since taking over from Stuart Lancaster, with the English also having seen off Scotland (15-9), Italy (40-9), Ireland (21-10) and Wales (25-21) to win the Six Nations as well as claim the Grand Slam.
The win saw England (83.98 ratings points) move past Wales (83.10) into fourth spot on the rankings.
The Springboks remain third on 87.66 points, trailing Australia (89.33) and world champions New Zealand (96.10).
