Cape Town - Former Springbok wing James Small has paid tribute to legendary sports writer Duif du Toit, who passed away at the age of 57 on Thursday.
Du Toit photographed the Springboks on numerous international tours and in Test matches and performed the considerable feat of remaining utterly professional at the same time as being a popular and welcome figure among the rugby community.
Small, who was a Rugby World Cup winner with the Springboks in 1995, took to Twitter to express his condolences.
The 47-Test capped wing tweeted:
World of sport really gonna miss you my mate!! RIP Duif..
