Proteas get behind the Boks in emotional video

London - The Proteas, currently on tour in India, have shown their support for the Springboks at the Rugby World Cup in a emotional video.

Proteas speedster Dale Steyn posted the video of the Proteas celebrating en masse as Springbok scrumhalf Fourie du Preez scored the match-winning try against Wales at Twickenham on Saturday.

With their 23-19 quarter-final victory, the Boks booked their spot in the semi-finals next Saturday against arch-rivals the All Blacks who were impressive 62-13 victors over France in Cardiff.

Steyn wrote on his Instagram account on Sunday: The try. Well done to the bokke last night, backing u boys all the way from India. #proteasfire #springboks
