The All Blacks won 58-14 after leading 34-6 at half-time.
The All Blacks have now won their second straight match at this year's tournament after opening with a 26-16 victory over Argentina.
Namibia, playing in their first match, now look forward to their second match against Tonga next Tuesday, while New Zealand will tackle Georgia on Friday, October 2.
