Tokyo - Wales on Thursday announced four changes for the second Test against Japan as a side shorn of most of its Six Nations-winning stars attempts to maintain its unbeaten record against Asia's number one team.
Cardiff Blues flank Josh Navidi will make his debut and Tom Prydie, Rhys Gill and Andries Pretorius were also drafted into the starting team after Wales's narrow 22-18 victory last week.
With most of their top players on duty with the British and Irish Lions, the Six Nations champions twice came from behind to grind out a gritty win in Osaka and avoid becoming the first major rugby nation to lose to Japan.
Second-string Wales also have a five-game winning streak on the line in what will be their final game this season.
"We were proud of the side's effort last weekend but know we will have to step it up again on Saturday," said head coach Robin McBryde, who is standing in while regular boss Warren Gatland leads the Lions in Australia.
"It was good to see the character of the squad come through in the first Test and we will need that again.
"The players have again all put their hands up for selection, making it a tough call for us, and that shows their determination to get out on the field and represent their country.
"Japan showed what they are capable of last weekend and we know we will have to be at our best to get the second victory and finish the season on a high."
