Pretoria - Springbok winger, Akona Ndungane, will make his highly anticipated return to first class rugby on Saturday after being included in the Vodacom Blue Bulls side that will travel to Windhoek to face Namibia's Welwitchias in a Vodacom Cup match.
After playing in all the Vodacom Super 14 matches for the Bulls last season, Ndungane broke his leg in September during the Absa Currie Cup and was out of action since.
With his well planned rehabilitation now completed, the 29-year-old wing is raring to go.
"I had to be patient to make sure I am fully recovered, but now I am quite excited to play again," Ndungane said.
The Vodacom Blue Bulls are the only undefeated side in the competition and will be looking to extend their winning streak to six.
