Griquas sneak past Free State

Cape Town - Dean Grant kept his nerve under pressure in the 81st minute to convert a penalty and secure a 19-18 win for the GWK Griquas in their South Section derby against the Toyota Free State XV at GWK Park in Kimberley on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors led 10-7 at halftime.

The win secures a second-placed spot for GWK Griquas, while Free State had to be content with third position on the South Section log.
