Tuilagi was given his marching orders by Italian referee Carlo Damasco during last Saturday's Top 14 clash against La Rochelle which his team won 21-16 for a dangerous tackle on rival scrum-half Damien Neveu.

Tuilagi will miss Perpignan's first two European Cup matches against Welsh side Llanelli Scarlets on Saturday and Italian club Treviso on October 17.
