Cape Town - Springbok coach Peter de Villiers said on Monday that he will wait another 24 hours before deciding whether to pick Heinrich Brüssow and Johann Muller for the Boks' Tri-Nations opener against Australia in Sydney.
Muller suffers from a hamstring problem, while Brüssow has a troubled knee.
According to the website, ESPNscrum, the duo trained on their own on Monday as the Springboks held their first field session in Australia.
The Bok coach said he would decide on Tuesday if he will consider Brüssow and Muller for the showdown at ANZ stadium.
"Johann and Heinrich are coming along nicely and we'll give them another 24 hours before making a final decision," said de Villiers.
All the other 26 squad members took a full part in the session, which de Villiers said was designed to loosen up the players after the delayed flight to Sydney on Saturday night.
"The boys had a good run out to shake the trip out of their systems and we're back in the full swing now."
