Cape Town - They may be the whipping boys of Super Rugby 2016, but Japan's Sunwolves are certainly putting in the yards.
The franchise tweeted a short video on Tuesday showing the players engaging in some "core" training ahead of Saturday's clash against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein.
Having lost to the Cheetahs by a single point when the sides met in Singapore in round three, the Sunwolves will be hoping to go one better this time out and record their first win of the competition.
Based on this evidence, they are certainly up for it.
Kick-off on Friday is at 19:00.
