Cape Town - Code-hopping New Zealand superstar, Sonny Bill Williams, appears to be making a good fist of his recovery from injury, according to the Stuff website.
Williams' workout routine suggests his dedication to his craft is as strong as it has ever been.
Williams suffered a partial rupture of his Achilles tendon at the Rio Olympics in August last year while representing the New Zealand Sevens team.
The former NRL star has been training in New South Wales recently, alongside Wallaby flyhalf Quade Cooper.
Williams is only set to return to action in May, but, once fit, will be a key figure in Tana Umaga's Blues side in Super Rugby, and the All Blacks as they host the British and Irish Lions in June and July.
