Lood back for Cheetahs

Cape Town - Cheetahs coach Franco Smith has named his team for their Super Rugby clash against the Lions in Johannesburg on Saturday (17:05 kick-off).

Smith made five changes to his starting team from the one which beat the Sunwolves 32-31 in Singapore last weekend.

Springbok lock Lood de Jager, who was rested for the Sunwolves game, is back in the second row.

Charles Marais, Torsten van Jaarsveld and Maks van Dyk, who were used as substitutes last weekend, will start in the front row, with Ox Nche, Jacques du Toit and Johan Coetzee moving to the bench.

In the only change to the backline, Clayton Blommetjies will start at fullback, with Sias Ebersohn falling out of the match-day 23.
