Lions unscathed after Jaguares win

Cape Town - The Lions have reported no serious injuries following their Super Rugby win over the Jaguares in Johannesburg.

The Lions scored seven tries as they routed the Argentinians 47-27 at Ellis Park.

The beaten finalists of 2016 and 2017 have now won their opening two encounters of 2018 and sit atop the South African Conference, as well as the overall standings.

This weekend the Lions will head for Pretoria where they will duel the Bulls (Saturday, March 3 - 17:15).

Coach Swys de Bruin will name his team at 12:00 on Thursday.
