Joubert to ref Cheetahs v Stormers

Cape Town - Craig Joubert will referee Saturday's South African Super Rugby derby between the Cheetahs and Stormers in Bloemfontein (17:10 kick-off).

Joubert, who also refereed last Saturday’s Stormers-Bulls derby at Newlands, will be assisted by Rodney Bonaparte and AJ Jacobs, with Willie Vos the television match official (TMO).

Jaco Peyper will referee the Sharks’ clash against the Jaguares in Durban (19:20). He will be assisted by Jaco van Heerden and Cwengile Jadezweni, with Johan Greeff on TMO duty.

New Zealand referee Ben O'Keeffe will referee the Bulls’ clash against the Melbourne Rebels in Pretoria (15:00), with Mike Fraser and Stuart Berry his assistants and Marius Jonker in the TMO booth.

The Lions’ game against the Chiefs in Hamilton early on Saturday (06:15 SA time) will be refereed by Australia’s Andrew Lees. He will be assisted by Nick Briant and Angus Mabey, with Aaron Paterson the TMO.

The other South African team participating in the competition, the Southern Kings, have a bye this weekend.
