Thrush faces SANZAR hearing


Wellingtonl - Hurricanes lock Jeremy Thrush will appear at a SANZAR Judicial hearing next week after being cited for a late and dangerous charge on Highlanders reserve hooker Jason Rutledge during a Super Rugby match in Invercargill on Friday.
 
Thrush is alleged to have contravened Law 10.4 (f) Playing the player without the ball; and 10.4 (g) Dangerous charging. The incident occurred in the 63rd minute of the match.
 
The hearing will take place on Tuesday, 17 May 2011 at the NZRU offices in Wellington at 11h00 (09h00 EST/01h00 SA).
