Nyakane heading to Stormers?

Cape Town - Springbok and Cheetahs prop Trevor Nyakane may be on his way to the Cape to play for Western Province and the Stormers.

According to the supersport.com website, the Bulls were also keen to sign Nyakane, but it now seems the Capetonians may have won the battle for his signature.

Sport24 earlier reported that the Stormers look likely to lose the services of props Pat Cilliers and Brok Harris.

Cilliers is reportedly heading to French club Montpellier, while Welsh club Newport are believed to be hunting the signature of Harris.

Nyakane can play either loosehead or tighthead and would offer good assistance to Frans Malherbe and Steven Kitshoff.

Alistair Vermaak and Oli Kebble are the other promising props in the mix at the Stormers.
