Mvovo quells injury fears

Cape Town - Sharks wing Lwazi Mvovo says the injury he sustained against Saracens is not as serious as initially feared.

WIN: A legendary rugby experience!

Mvovo, 27, was stretchered off in the 48th minute of the Sharks' friendly clash in London on Saturday in what looked like a serious neck injury.

The Sharks lost the game 23-15.

But the Springbok announced via his Twitter account that the injury is not as serious.

"Morning everyone, thank you so much for your good wishes. Bad knock to the head, nothing too serious. God bless," he posted on Sunday.
