McLeod confirms France move

Cape Town - Sharks scrumhalf Charl McLeod has confirmed on Twitter that he'll be joining Top 14 side Grenoble at the conclusion of the current Super Rugby season.

McLeod wrote: So my wonderful journey with @TheSharksZA will come to an end after Super rugby and an exciting new one will begin with @FCGrugby

Top 14 playoff contenders Grenoble signed McLeod, 30, on Sunday on a two-year contract.

McLeod, capped once by the Springboks, could be joined by Stormers wing Gio Aplon, who is also expected to put pen to paper shortly.
