    McCaw back to face Bulls

    2015-03-26 12:01

Cape Town - All Blacks skipper Richie McCaw has been named in the Crusaders starting XV for their Super Rugby clash against the Bulls at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.

    Kick-off is at 19:10.

McCaw, who was rested last weekend as the Crusaders demolished the Cheetahs 57-14, replaces Matt Todd at openside flank - with the latter dropping down to the replacement bench.

In other changes, Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder has made two rotations in the front row, with prop Joe Moody and hooker Ben Funnell coming in for All Black Wyatt Crockett and Codie Taylor, respectively.

Dan Carter, who last week started at inside centre, returns to his more customary role in the No 10 jersey.

Tom Taylor moves out one position to No 12 and Colin Slade will play off the bench.

The Bulls are currently third in the South African Conference and ninth in the Overall standings, with three victories from five matches.

The seven-time champion Crusaders find themselves in fourth spot in the New Zealand Conference and seventh in the Overall log, with a similar record of three wins and two defeats to date.
