Cape Town - Cheetahs coach Naka Drotské has admitted they were somewhat lucky at times during their 27-13 Super Rugby win over the Reds in Bloemfontein on Saturday.
Despite only conceding one try, Drotské feels their defence wasn't up to scratch. Things could have turned out differently as the Reds were denied tries on a few occasions by the television match official Shaun Veldsman.
While their cover defence saved them on countless occasions, Drotské was upset the amount of line breaks the Aussies made.

"Luck was on our side. Our defence from first phase wasn't very good, especially in the first half. There were something like six or seven line breaks, but we scrambled well," he told the Volksblad website.
"Our defence was better in the second half. We talked about it at half-time and things improved."
The Cheetahs are currently seventh on the overall log with eight wins from 12 games, and lie second in the South African conference.
They face the Kings in Port Elizabeth on Saturday (15:00 kick-off).
