As a Stormers supporter you wouldn't worry about the officials, because you know.

      Klippies - 2012-07-04 10:18

I was actually hoping they were sending Bryce Lawrence to ref the Stormers/Cheetahs game. Wow.... that would have been something.

      stephenrfrank - 2012-07-04 10:39

      Top chirp!LOL

    Good luck Cheetas

  • harold.lloyd.520 - 2012-07-04 08:58

Whoever refs the Cheetahs/Stormers game, sorry Cheetahs. Idon't think your budget can match the Stormers' payoff.

      anton.bischoff - 2012-07-04 09:25

Maybe they send this list upfront and see who pays the most

      harold.lloyd.520 - 2012-07-04 09:31

Possibly, then the appointments are changed at the last minute, since the Stormers mangement knows who'll 'blow' them for the smallest amount.

      Klippies - 2012-07-04 10:20

LOL, you're just constantly trolling for reaction, aren't you Harold.

      tom.tardis - 2012-07-04 10:31

thats why they couldnt hold onto pollard. refs cost more

      harold.lloyd.520 - 2012-07-04 10:35

No Klippies, never. I just want to talk rugby.

Good to see Reuben Rossouw is running the line on the Cheetahs Stormers game - it means that he won't be running the line for the Sharks game!!!! He misses so much that I am sure that he is half blind - in fact if he didn't have a white line to run up and down he would probably get lost!

      sean.brady.14224 - 2012-07-04 11:26

Terry was he on the line for the Lions game last week? I think it was Duvenage who pulled a Lions player backwards by the shirt. It was an effective job, because the shirt actually made a wedge (if you get the image). Despite being inside the five metre line (for linouts) and in front of this touch judge, he didn't see a thing!!! The ref assistants have been shocking this year, in all three SANZAR areas.

@Harold Lloyd.......refs are tuned into bid or buy????

  • sean.brady.14224 - 2012-07-04 11:09

The Cheetahs v Stormers is reffed by Craig Joubert. This means that Heinrich is out the game! I can see another lopsided penalty count for this one. It could be worse though, it could have been Mark Lawrence. Interesting fact from PdV's book. Apparently Bryce would ask the TMO at half time for the penalty count. Then he'd try and even up the books in the second half. The people in charge put a stop to this info being passed back to the refs...

      paul.sdoow - 2012-07-04 12:42

can bryce count? cause he was never fair on penalty counts!
