Du Plessis started it with a brilliant little grubber, collected by Esterhuizen who found Bothma and finally Ndungane in space. It seemed certain that he would score but the Stormers managed to pull him in. The ball found its way out to Du Plessis out on the right hand side and he stepped over the line to score, despite the attentions of a Stormers player.

17' - The Sharks are convinced they have scored! They hacked a loose ball downfield after poor handling by the Stormers backs. Taute fell on the ball but it rolled free from his grip. Cronje and Howard seem to touch the ball at exactly the same time. Good Luck to the TMO calling that!
