Cape Town - Bulls coach Frans Ludeke says Jesse Kriel is the right fit at fullback for their game against the Hurricanes.

Kriel has been included in the Bulls starting line-up for Friday night's clash at Loftus Versfeld.

He replaces Jurgen Visser, who started in the No 15 jumper against the Stormers last weekend.

Visser made a big blunder when he dropped a ball which led to the Stormers' first try scored by wing Dillyn Leyds. The Stormers went on to win 29-17.

In an interview with Netwerk24, Ludeke said he chose the exciting Kriel to start because they expect the "ball to be in play a lot" against the New Zealanders.

"Jesse is on song and he deserves a chance. We felt he was the right player for this match," said Ludeke.

Kick-off for Friday's clash is scheduled for 19:10.
