Cape Town - Springbok centre Juan de Jongh has signed a contract extension and will remain in the Cape until the end of 2015.
Die Burger reports that De Jongh, who was originally contracted until the end of 2012, will stay on at the Stormers and Western Province for a further three years.
Another Springbok, Gio Aplon, is also expected to remain at the Cape Town-based union.
The Stormers began the year on an uncertain note with director of rugby Rassie Erasmus announcing his resignation.
Nevertheless, they have since locked head coach Allister Coetzee into a three-year contract extension and recently confirmed that the promising quartet of Eben Etzebeth, Siya Kolisi, Frans Malherbe and Steven Kitshoff will remain at the union until the end of 2015.
