Carter joins Crusaders in Perth

Cape Town - All Black and Crusaders star flyhalf, Dan Carter, will meet up with his team-mates in Perth this week.

Carter was absent during the seven-time Super Rugby champions' matches against the Stormers (won 19-14) and Sharks (lost 21-17) in South Africa as he celebrated the birth of his first child, son Marco.

Carter is set to start against the Force in Perth on Saturday (kick-off at 13:45 SA time).

The Crusaders are currently fourth in the New Zealand Conference and eighth in the Overall standings, boasting three wins and three defeats in their six matches to date.

The Force lie bottom of the Australian Conference and 13th overall with a solitary victory from seven matches.
