Durban - Captain Bismarck du Plessis is desperate to stamp his authority on the Sharks following their lacklustre start without him last weekend, saying their intensity has to improve when they face the Lions at King's Park on Saturday.

The Lions were also beaten last weekend, going down 22-8 at the hands of the Hurricanes.
