Durban - Waratahs flyhalf Berrick Barnes has been ruled out of Saturday's Vodacom Super Rugby clash with the Sharks in Durban.
Kick-off is 17:05 SA time.
The Wallabies' centre-cum-flyhalf was diagnosed with a footballers' migraine by one of Sydney's top neurologists following the bonus point win over the Lions in Sydney last weekend.
Despite training during the week in Durban, management has decided to rest him from this weekend's match.
Barnes's omission will see Daniel Halangahu move into the No 10 jersey with fullback Ben Batger named on the bench.
"Berrick's keen and he's certainly not in the position he was after the knocks he took in the Reds or Brumbies games; he's probably at about 90 percent," said coach Chris Hickey.
"But given what he's been through this year we want to make sure he's absolutely at 100 percent before we reconsider putting him back on the paddock.
