Sydney - The Waratahs' semi-final ambitions have been dealt a blow with scrum stalwart Benn Robinson sidelined with an arm injury ahead of their crunch match against the Wellington Hurricanes in Sydney on Friday.
Wallabies prop Robinson fractured his forearm during Saturday's 46-19 win over the Chiefs, ruling him out the final round and the postseason should the third-placed Waratahs advance with a win over the Hurricanes.
"He will have a scan on Monday and will most likely require a plate to ensure that it gets the best long-term healing. That would rule him out of the rest of the season," Waratahs coach Chris Hickey told the Australian Associated Press.
