Paris - Springbok and Stade Français flyhalf Morne Steyn has posted a picture on Instagram with players from French football club Paris Saint Germain.

Paris Saint Germain last week became the French Ligue 1 champions, after they won the league title ahead of their nearest rivals Monaco.

The soccer team boasts global stars such as Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani and Thiago Silva (pictured far right), and was David Beckham's last club before he retired from professional football.

Unfortunately, for Stade Français they did not fare as well this season as their sister club, finishing seventh in the Top 14 and unable to secure an automatic place in next year's Heineken Cup. They face a playoff against London Wasps to qualify for the competition.

Steyn posted the photo on Instagram with the caption:

'Nice to meet up with some of the PSG guys!! #soccer #PSG'.
