Bok stars helps South Africans get fit in 15 seconds

South Africa - A host of Springbok and Blitzbok stars have teamed up with ASICS to film a series of 15 second video clips to help South Africans on their way to their fitness and training goals.

As part of ASICS global WANT IT MORE campaign ASICS launched a series of 15 second videos called FitterIn:15 earlier in 2016. Now local rugby players have come on board to contribute to changing the local fitness landscape. The WANT IT MORE campaign is a call to action for athletes of all levels, to step up their efforts in all training spheres.

Knowing the level of commitment and different ways to boost your performance levels during training the players are in the perfect position to advise aspiring athletes for their training regimes.

ASICS Ambassadors and Springboks Eben Etzebeth and Frans Malherbe were joined by Blitzboks Seabelo Senatla, Werner Kok and Frankie Horne as each player filmed their segments at Switch Fitness in Bree Street, Cape Town

"The simplest changes or additions to your training routine can make a big difference in helping you meet your fitness and training goals. With ASICS dedicated towards helping athletes of all disciplines and levels these videos are a great way for anyone to step up their training routine," says Seabelo Senatla.

ASICS South Africa Marketing Manager Sarah Mundy said: "ASICS is committed to boosting the performances of sport enthusiasts and help them not only reach their goals but surpass them. We focus on not only providing cutting edge apparel and footwear but also adopting an innovative approach to the way people train ".

16 FitterIn:15 clips were filmed in total and one clip will debut every Wednesday over lunchtime over the next 16 weeks on ASICS South Africa's social media channels.
