WP's new Bok duo over the moon

Cape Town - Western Province's Seabelo Senatla and Nizaam Carr are over the moon after being included in the Springbok squad for the year-end tour to Europe.

They were outstanding during WP's victorious Currie Cup campaign and were included as one of five newcomers in Heyneke Meyer's Bok squad.

The others are the Lions trio of Robbie Coetzee, Julian Redelinghuys and Jaco Kriel.

"I'm so happy. I'm going to tour with my heroes and learn a lot," 21-year-old Senatla told Die Burger.

Senatla, who also won a gold medal with the Springbok Sevens team at the Commonwealth Games earlier this year, said he will try gain as much as possible from the tour even if it means he won't get game time.

Carr, 23, said 2014 has been an "unforgettable" year. "I wasn't even in the Stormers team at the start of the year. I will try learn as much as possible on the tour. It's a huge honour and privilege to go along. It will be an added bonus if I get game time."

The Springboks will play Tests against Ireland (Dublin, November 8), England (London, November 15), Italy (Padova, November 22) and Wales (Cardiff, November 29).
