Italy make changes for Irish clash

Cape Town - Italian boss Jacques Brunel makes four changes to his side that will face Ireland in Dublin on Saturday.

Captain Leonardo Ghiraldini has been ruled out of the matchday 23 due to a shoulder injury and scrumhalf Edoardo Gori is also sidelined with a fractured rib injury.

Guglielmo Palazanni comes in for Gori and Davide Giazzon replaces the hooker.

Zebre team-mate Edoardo Padovini partners with Palazinni in the half back combination, this means that Kelly Haimona drops to the bench.

Brunel's fourth and final change sees injured Joshua Furno being replaced by George Biagi.
