Flyhalf Toby Flood, wing Chris Ashton, who has equalled the record of tries scored in a Six Nations tournament with six, James Haskell and Tom Palmer are the English players who will bid on Saturday in Dublin to beat Ireland and secure the Grand Slam for the first time since 2003.
Every other country apart from Scotland is represented by two players on the list - selected because they won man of the match awards.
2010 Grand Slam winners France have captain Thierry Dusautoir and fullback/wing Maxime Medard on the list while 2009 Grand Slam champions Ireland have emerging backrow forward Sean O'Brien and veteran flyhalf Ronan O'Gara.
Wales - who can still win the title should they beat France in Paris heavily and the Irish do the same to England - have up and coming flank Sam Warburton and star back James Hook in contention while Italy's contribution is Fabio Semenzato and their try-scoring hero from the historic 22-21 win over France, Andrea Masi.
The winner - who will succeed Ireland wing Tommy Bowe - will be voted on by internet users clicking on the organisers website with the poll closing at midnight on Sunday.
