Double win for Blitzboks in Wellington

Cape Town - The Blitzboks have got their Wellington Sevens campaign off to a winning start, beating Scotland and Russia in impressive fashion.

Neil Powell's men accounted for Scotland 28-5 in their opener, before thrashing a hapless Russia side, 54-0.

The Blitzboks will take on hosts New Zealand at 09:30 (SA time) to determine who tops Pool A.

New Zealand beat Russia 38-7 in their first match and then were far too good for Scotland, winning 27-7.

Results from the first two rounds of Pool matches on Saturday in the Wellington Sevens, the third leg of the 10-leg World Rugby Sevens Series:
