Cape Town - Kenya reached the final of the Sevens World Series event in Wellington, New Zealand on Saturday after upsetting the hosts 19-14 in the Cup semi-finals.
Kenya scored a try in sudden-death extra-time after the match finished level at 14-all.
New Zealand appeared to be coasting at 14-0 up but Kenya fought back and when Collins Injera scored with the final play of the game the match went into extra-time.
Oscar Ouma scored the sudden death try to stun the Wellington crowd into complete silence.
Earlier on Saturday Kenya also upset South Africa 21-20 in the quarter-finals.
Kenya will play England in the Cup final after the men from Britain beat Samoa 21-19 in their semi-final.
