Tweet and Picture of the Day

Cape Town - In today’s “Tweet and Picture of the Day” several of our selected Tweets come from the Springbok team, and were Tweeted just before or while on the flight from Taupo to Auckland.

Wallaby utility back Adam Ashley-Cooper also had one of his Tweets and a picture selected.

The first two Tweets come from Francois Hougaard (@Francoishougi) and were written before and after the flight.

“(Sic)Hey tweeps! Going to the airport leaving for Auckland now..xcited to get my first start! Take care and have a good night/day :).”

“(Sic)Finished with jersey presentation! On our way to captains...DJ @BryanHabana forgot his speaker :(.”

Springbok captain John Smit (@JohnSmit123) Tweeted the first selected picture (see below) and it was accompanied by a chirp aimed at eighthman Pierre Spies (@Pierrespies8).

“What a privilege, sat next to @Pierrespies8 lookalike Novak Djokovic on our flight to Auckland!”

Adam Ashley-Cooper (@AdamCoopy) uploaded a picture (see below) of his Wallaby team mate Drew Mitchell (@drew_mitchell) wearing an oversized bag and it was Tweeted with this message.

“(Sic)@drew_mitchell seems to be carrying a lot of 'baggage' these days!!! #honeyishrunkthekids”
